Gegasan Sdn Bhd has integrated operation system ranging from a mini sawmill to environment friendly plants and equipment. The sawn timbers are treated in Kiln Dry, which has the capacity of 200 ton in one operation.
The treated timber is stored in the timberyard while waiting usage by the production line. In the production line, timber undergoes many cutting and machining processes. Gegasan Sdn Bhd has invested a lot in acquiring modern equipment and machinery from Germany, Italy and even Taiwan such as Panel Sizer machine, 6-heads Moulder machine and Dust Ducting Plant.
To ensure quality finishing of products, the company has a special spray plant such as electrostatic spray plant that will enable consistency in finishing quality hence increase the production capability.
